They're stat buffs. Some stats can only be seen using the "Details" option when you're on a character screen, like cooldown and defense penetration(listed as ignore defense).

Most of my CNS haul is from WB too. The drop rates are pretty low but just keep at it each day and hope for ~15 drops.

The gear options? The game rolls them randomly with each upgrade and you can reroll them.
A character'a attack is determined through either Physical or Energy attack so you want the rolls on the first gear to be either Physical/Energy or All (which satisfies both). The first two should be % by Lv. because math.
2nd gear All Def.
3rd gear HP but sometimes people go Dodge if the character needs to max Dodge stat.
4th gear is SCD, DP or whatever.
It's just a way of maxing your character's stats.

"Energy damage" and "energy attack" are two different things. Her 6* is "Physical attack x% energy damage", meaning it uses her physical attack to determine the damage still.

Is it possible for a newguy to do WB with just Loki? I don't have a huge line-up to start throwing people as strikers.

GP's 6* skill is full iframes but the two other skills you'll mainly be using are her 5* and 2* which aren't iframes so there's still the chance you'll get hit (for SB's heal to proc). Also her inherent heal is pretty damn slow and won't help if you need to recover a lot of HP fast, so a heal set on her isn't such a bad idea.

So last six slots rolled for dodge gives about 7.8%, +/- some points for random variation in the points you get.

It doesn't sound like much, but dodge gets more effective the more of it you have. The difference between 66% effective dodge and 75% effective dodge is 3x vs. 4x multiplier to your total survivability.

Consider, for example, Iron Fist, at a massive 35% guaranteed dodge.

Assuming no ignore dodge.

Either way, the gold is only half of it. The bios (combined with the gold) are where it really hurts. Its really hard to farm bios by the thousands just to piss them away leveling the BO when I could use the energy farming bios that could genuinely improve my roster. I'm starting to get to the point where the only remaining story characters are shitters that are worth throwing their bios away, but I still have a bit to go.

Curious about this as well. I was working on Proxima before the update hit and still would like to finish her. I'm at the point where I either have to commit all in on her or stop now and cut my losses (she's 4/1/49). SG's t2 passive is trash, definitely the worst of them all and I'd put ebony over her just for that. He can stay in a infinite cycle of iframes with enough skill cooldown and he got his damage boosted while SG got a mostly useless buff to her summon who still dies incredibly fast and a bit of guaranteed dodge. Also BD's passive looks pretty good and with the bleed damage on two of his skills I'd say even him might be higher than SG

Yeah no whoever said that is a complete fucking moron, if anyone is the bottom tier of the BO after the update it's super giant. Proxima easily wins the best t2 passive out of everyone, including HIM. She can effectively melt Sharon and Elsa and she has CC on one of her skills. NN saying that the t2 passives will put the BO just a bit closer to their WB selves is right for everyone but super giant whose passive barely does anything for her. So I'd say keep working on proxima, you won't regret it. At least, not as much as I regret super giant

The characters who would benefit the MOST would be anybody without a built-in heal, and who has other types of survivability or ways to stall for time. An already tanky character would become basically unkillable.

But again, it's great on anybody.

I think the only people that actually run out are the people that are incapable of running a stage and must use a ticket on anything that can use one.

Just by keeping my phone by me while I eat/work/watch TV and manually press the button to enter a stage, I've done all of my needed farming since the strange updated and gained a good 500 tickets. I only use the tickets as a last resort.

My Blingpin's got Stark Backing and a RR+heal proc gear. I got lucky as hell and the proc on his gear is 20% HP recovery, but honestly you could get away with 10%. All you need to do is throw the goons out, stun somebody with the 5* every time it's up and run around in circles.

It used to be Smart Racoon and GBI obelisk(can't remember the rest), now I use IAAG and RR/Mind Resist/Inv for 2 sec.

What you need to do is focusing on Hawkeye from the start so he can't keep his distance, if you can corner him, cycling 3>5>6>2>repeat will do the rest. I really need to go back to GBI obelisk to be honest, it makes thing easier but even currently I have hardly any problem soloing floor one with White Tiger.

Yes. You gotta hope it procs on the first attack of a big multi-hit skill, or alternatively, that it procs on exactly the last hit of a skill, in which case your entire next skill (within 5 seconds) still gets the damage boost. Pic related is when a 200% damage increase procced on T2 Carnage's first hit.

200 norns is one of the easiest parts. You also need to turn in 600 speed stones, 1200 universal and 1200 chaos stones. Then you also need 10 Rank 3 BAM and 4 Rank 6 BAM. Alliance Battle and just running missions in general get you a bunch of stones.
