Your guild's DPS is absolutely horrendous. Your warriors dont do over 300dps on most fights, even fights like Golemagg where they can get deep wounds rolling on the boss and dogs and dont have to move. They should all be top on dps, not the bottom like they are, that's absolutely embarrassing. On fights where there aren't dispells, adds or movements (ie, firemaw, flamegore, ebonroc) your mages should all be over 500 dps, ideally around 700.
I dunno how in the fuck you manage to average out at 200-250 on most fights, do you have a bunch of amputees in your guild or something? Are people just not flasking? Are the tanks not pulling enough agro and people have to slow down (if so get your tanks to put on more dps gear)? The tanks in my guild literally do more damage than like 3/4 of your dps
