Certainly not freakish. The thighs don't need a ton of strength to be a natural vice, though. There's a strong tendon on either side connecting to the pelvic region that's pretty good at it.

First, you need to qualify what a "Good Job" is to you. If it's something where you can be yourself, love what you do, and work when you feel like, you may need to look into freelancing of some kind or do some soulsearching.
That said, you probably mean Money. Don't be ashamed of it. I don't know your background, but if you've been working on your aesthetics like I've preached, you should look into commissioned sales work. Get your fitness, clothing and grooming in check, learn some people skills, and go fucking kill it on the sales floor.
To get you started, I would recommend the books The Education of Millionaires by Michael Ellsberg, Influence by Robert Cialdini, Spin Selling by Neil Rackham and literally everything by Zig Ziglar. Pick up a low end sales job just to get you familiar with dealing with people at first if you have to.

I've never been good at writing backstories in a compelling way, so forgive me. I'll get started on a proper story after classes today.
Orino Mori
Age: 17
Blood Type: AB
Orie is a first-year student at Yamaku Academy, older than the rest of her peers due to having missed a year of school. As a young child, she lived in an abusive household. Her stepfather would often strike both her and her mother. She feared coming home from school every day and would cry in her room while her parents screamed at each other, the thin apartment walls offering little to block the noise.
One day, things got far out of hand, and Orie was seriously hurt. Her mother tried to care for her, but didn’t take her to the hospital for fear of the truth coming out. When nobody saw her at school for the next week, however, the authorities caught wind that something was amiss. The police came and properly took her to the hospital, and soon, away from her family.
Her mother came for authorized visits at the orphanage for a short while after, but it soon devolved into nothing but phone calls, and soon after that, nothing. Orie was 9. She would never hear from her family again.
Missing her right eye, and being unable to use her right leg, she was given a government grant to attend Yamaku Academy when she graduated middle school at 16.
Despite all this, Orie is surprisingly well-adjusted. Her voice is soft but confident, and she’s very social and active. She always wears a gentle smile in public. She never talks about her apparent malformities, and never asks others about theirs. Orie lives her life at Yamaku as if it were no different than a normal high school. She prefers to hang around with second- and third-year students rather than her classmates.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I liked the little bite from the Emi/Saki storyline, I like where that's heading. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mechanics behind Mr. Satou's office/secret speakeasy, but I'm bad at imagining rooms haha
As for the song, I kept trying to put the words to the tune of Why Don't You Do Right?, because apparentlyKarla is literally Jessica Rabbit?and it didn't quite work out. Lyrics are solid though and the flow and rhyming structure are all there, I just need a tune to make everything work.

I write three main stories as of right now.
How Far, a drama based story centered on the after events of Lilly's bad ending.
The Vault of the Rising Sun, a Fallout & KS crossover fix, with Hanako taking the role of the main character. It's dark at points, light at others, as I try to capture the atmosphere of the Fallout games.
And Hisao and Lilly's Married Life, a story set years after Lilly's good ending where Hisao and Lilly become teachers. This is the Fatawa story, and is very fetishy, though I have a lot of fun with it as it's much more slice of life than the Drama going on in the others.
