Yusuke's alright but he falls behind damage wise for lack of ice boosts, not getting the final level ice spell and not getting power charge or critical boosts. However gets gets a better physical ALL attack than Ryuji at least.

The world still exists, it's not merged with Mementos, and from what little they showed, it sounds like the PT's spike in popularity helps combat the overall political corruption (since it's led to people actually realizing that the police were corrupt, for example). It's an improvement over how things were, in a way.

That's not a bad ending. In the game over for missing the deadline for Kaneshiro's palace, Joker misremembers the events leading up to his capture because of the drugs he was given prior to his interrogation, and ends up thinking that what happened is that the police showed up at Leblanc because they found a drugged up high school girl at an illegal services shop who clearly repeated his name.

None of that actually happened, and Joker misremembering things leads to Sae deciding to call off the interrogation for now until the drugs wear off, which gives the traitor the opportunity to kill him.
