Sadly vengeance sucks because there's a lot of burst. She's still alright though, a 5pp 6/6 is still a big threat that needs to be dealt with, especially if you evolve her, and she'll generally die before she loses too much attack. Even if the downside procs once she's still overstatted for her cost.

Even if it were mostly Storm Haven, then people would start playing Elana Haven a ton to counter it, turning the meta into a mix of Storm and Elana. And then there would be a lot of Elana running around, so its counters, Seraph Haven and Spellboost would become popular. And since Tempo Forest is popular, people play Control Sword, which is strong against it. Thus, you have a meta with a pretty diverse amount of decks.
Seriously friend, the meta is not all aggro.

Okay, I'll use Shadow Record then.
The most played deck is Storm Haven, is aggro. The next 3 most played decks, PtP, Tempo, and Spellboost, are not aggro. Those decks combined are played more than Storm Haven overall.
I think you're confused about the fact that the most popular deck does not completely define the meta.
It's also worth noting that in AA0, some aggro decks like Banner Royal start to fall off. Also, Control Sword is not played much because it is fucking expensive as hell so you don't see it until the high ranks, where it is played to counteract Forestcraft.

The balance of this game is kinda fucked up

All the classes that are designed to be control/ramp are best played aggro with you ignoring their gimmick.

It's fun but there's next to no decision making in some of the strongest decks I can play

I've done about 90 rerolls and I haven't seen even 2 fortes in my packs, 3 of the same has been like maybe around 20-30 rerolls or and usually are one of the shit ones, getting them for the card you want is not viable I'd say.

Just take animated legos as a joker card which you can use to turn another shitty lego into any card you want.

Blood needs an amulet where there health cannot go below 10 for 2 turns. (If its below ten already it cannot go lower)

vengeance is suddenly a lot better and it can be countered if it becomes problematic with simple amulet removal.
The question is what mana cost should such an amulet be?

I wouldn't remove Kaleidoscopic Glow as long as Haven is such a popular class. You can bounce the low cost amulets with it.

In the first place it ain't easy to fill a board with followers ready to be buffed either.The spell Juno's Laboratoy can do that but by that point you might be on your way to victory and Pascale is a win more card. It's tier 2. It's in a sad position of getting kinda fucked since everyone is running angelic barrage to screw over forestcraft though, and in the higher ranks it's very bad against Tempo/PtP Forestcraft and Control Swordcraft, which are popular. Till then it works like a charm though

In viability order they would go storm Haven, Aggro Bat, Face Dragon, Banner Sword, Aggro Necro
Banner Sword is the cheapest by far, but Aggro Bat is basically mono-Red thanks to copious burn potential.

You can make a better deck than what the game gives you, just from the packs. So yes, I would recommend making a deck just for the sake of getting started in the story mode.

It'll help you get more acclimated to ranked.

I've been facing a lot of Face and Elena decks lately so there's not really a lot I can bounce or I didn't draw it early so I have to usually end up bouncing a golem for a draw and spellboost.

I've also never issues had drawing Dshift and the executes definitely help against shit like Forte.

Maybe my best bet would let go of a Summon Snow and a Barrage for a Merlin and 1 Fire Chain.

She's not subpar, Luna has a lot of solid cards. The metagame is just unfavorable to them right now because their core class mechanic is fucked really hard by banish.

It's definitely unfavored. White Paladin can counter all your bats, their board presence is just better than yours will ever be thanks to cards like Floral Fencer, they have wards for days so if they stop your early game it's over, and Aurelia specifically is especially good against decks that flood. If you don't get a really good curve you are completely, utterly fucked. Sure you have reach, but reach doesn't do much when they've been able to quell all your early game and they're sitting pretty at 15 health in the late game behind their second Aurelia.
