My idea might seem outrageous to some people but it's one of the best. FW is a no go, most people there are either farmers fitted with stabs that will run from you or high sp, well-optimized fits that will pound you. Occasionally you might find a good fight, but it's unlikely.

With Horde or Karmafleet the chances are even worse. Most people bringing fights to your turf will be highly experienced solo PVPers like Stunt, flying in pimped Slicers, Stratios and Garmur's, these people will kite the fuck out of you and two shot your shitty tackle atron. Any other pvp in the area will be small gangs that roam there for the express purpose of killing noobs. Lastly are the large fleet fights where you will serve as cannon fodder, Red Army style, charging at the enemy and being put down like a dog.
