Necklaces are useful for pvp. Bracelets have the best alch value. Amulets might seem useful, but no one actually buys them in any significant quantity.

However I wouldn't bother making any diamond jewellry right now. There was a moment during there wintertodt craze where it was profitable, but now you'd lose so much that you might as well just make battlestaves. If you really want to make jewellry, I think ruby is generally profitable - though slightly less exp per hour.
