For those of you looking for higher-res card art, all of SV's cards are from another game called Rage of Bahamut, so looking on RoB sites is generally your best bet.

This one has all the English cards at 720x900, and is somewhat sensible to navigate:

While this one has cards that were released only in the Japanese version after the international one shut down, and lets you search by artist, but is a bit less easy to sift through since you have to rely on google translate a bit and everything here is only 640x800:

Could I get some advice on this pick? Is dragonsong flute really good in take two or still trash? Polyphonic roar seems really good, and shapeshifting mage can be used late game if I draw into him or i could just drop him early. Of course Gabriel is good, but I'm not sure on if I take the flute.

She's good. People in slower lists. People who play shadow in master run her as well, if that means anything to you. 6 shadows is easy to get because of Deathchaser, Spartoi Soldier and Bone Chimera.

the main reason she isnt used much is because 3 cerbs is mandatory in all shadow decks. this doesnt leave much room for her to shine.

Although Cerb and her occupy the same mana cost, it's not hard to fit them in together because they do opposite things; cerb is a shadow generator and Charon turns shadows into stats.

I'm not even running Charon but Soldier's won me a ridiculous amount of games. Also getting shadows is easy as fuck, Skull Beast and Skeleton Knight show up on every list.

There's nothing wrong with Charon, I don't run her because I don't need more 5s but she'd be my first choice in a slower meta. She shows up in JP Masters lists and the math on her is fine.

Its a slow deck and heavily dependent on your draw. Flame destroyer is your agent of destruction as you spellboost it in the process of boosting your dshift. This means its often a zero 7/7 drop. I also use rune blades personally.

The new 3 drops Shadow got all generate 3 shadows minimum, sometimes more if it's Deathchaser. Combine that with Spartoi Sergeant or Skull beast, and that's 5 shadows. You literally only need 1 more follower to hit 6, and I'm hoping you at least played 3 followers in turn 4 when you're playing a shadow deck.

You don't need to build your deck around her. My early curve is basically the same as pre-DE and I rarely if ever have trouble hitting 6 shadows by 5.

Seriously, quit this "6 shadows is hard!!!" meme. Maybe before DE, but if there's one thing Shadow got in DE it's shadow generation. You literally have 3 good options to generate 3 shadows each in the 3 slot.

Dragoncraft story mode is super easy all the way through, even with the default deck.

Runecraft has a tough final chapter and Swordcraft a hard one against Shadow Isabelle in chapter 6 or 7 if you're just using the default deck.

Storm haven seems to always garuda my face down in time before I can get set up, the same thing happens everytime I play storm haven against Elana, and I kill them easily before they go off most of the time.

Blood almost always gets a free kill on me if I play storm haven as they are just fast enough to outrun your amulets.

Bone Chimera is better than Skeleton Knight nowadays anon. Skeleton knight is garbage tier and nobody runs it because of all the mid forest matchups.

When you're fighting tons of Forest in AA+ The 3/1 body dies to literally anything, a fairy, elf child may, whatever. At least Bone Chimera can wipe out 3 fairies.

1/4 ward is mediocre I agree, but a lot of people still run it in slower lists even in master just for the sake of having an early ward that shadow lacks against storm Haven (since ward is the only way to "interact" with their birds) and having a decent fairy killer.

Deathchaser is almost guaranteed to get 2 shadows because it procs of the opponent's evolution too, in case you didn't know. Someone is going to evolve on 4.

Elana beats Haven unless your build is shit. You can outheal the damage they do to you and Cudgel is the perfect counter to their plays. Plus their relatively slow turns 1-3 allows you to set up.

Just started playing, and have been looking up information on what to do to get started.

I looked at the decks and was interested in playing Enstatued Seraph Haven. In my first re-roll, I pulled Enstatued Seraph, Gabriel, and Regal Sabre as legendaries.
