Storm Havencraft is a type of Haven deck, and one of the runners for Tier1 a long with Forest and Sword.

not him, but some tier2 decks are better ladder picks depending on where in the ladder you're at. If you see tons of storm haven, elana counters it. Control Sword has the best matchup in the game against tempo forest and a pretty good one against storm too if you start seeing that too much, so that's a good option unless you start seeing too much PtP.

Just pick what you like, as long as it's not tier3 it's not going to be a gimmick deck.

No it's not that OP. Usually the opponent will be gunning at your face hard so playing an amulet that does nothing on turn 8 would be asking to get face fucked. You'd best pray you survive turn 8 then win turn 9.
