I'm running into a bit of a brick wall; I don't know if it's a speed requirement or if I need to get rid of all the mooks or what, but I cannot, for the life of me, get the Ultimate finish for this mission, OR get Tagoma's scouter.

Since you can rebuy all of your moves and clothes from XV1 are there no "must transfer" things?

Im doing the same thing. Strike is staying at 0.
higher movement and stam help you get out of a jam. Golden mode helps ki blasts chars with the free death ray. and fast barrage. higher movement/damage helps too. Stam is a strong stat to have as Freezys are constantly regenerating stam while attacking

The color change happens when you feed them 5 times and choose the first option out of the two that pop up. Choosing the second one makes them stay the same color. I've currently got 3 yellows and 3 reds out searching for shit and haven't had them change on me aside from the times I needed them to change. Also, I believe they go red, then yellow, then blue before cycling back to red.

I've had it crash twice now. Once during the initial 3 hour play session in the middle of using Super Electric Strike, then a second time when Jeice got overcome with evil energy. Both times were during PQs but I don't think that had anything to do with it.

Yesterday I could play the game with 100% silky smooth framerates, but today the game starts stalling like a motherfucker every time I take two steps. When I stand still everything's normal, but as soon as I start moving the whole game turns to ass until I stand still again.

You can drop Basic Attacks for more Ki so you can spam better, but I like being able to mix it up in melee a bit. Stamina is much more important in this game than in XV1.

For those of you who didn't import Tagoma's scouter... it is a BITCH to get in PQ 73. You have to kill all of the Frieza Soldiers that show up BEFORE you beat Frieza in his Full Power form. When a friend and I beat the last soldier, the "You Got an Equip" notice popped up and that should be the sign to let you know that you indeed got the scouter. and of course, beating all of the soldiers is what you NEED to do to get the Ultimate Finish.

After you beat Golden Frieza the first time, provided you beat all of his lackeys FIRST, he'll get up again, and both he and his lackeys revive with a villainous power-up. From there, beat the shit out of Frieza and presto, you got the Ultimate Finish and Tagoma's Scouter.

Yeah for a game that is far more polished than XV1 and definitely gets a proper DBZ feel at times, you can tell it was rushed in a few places and that the AI thinks its in a proper fight for those tutorial missions. In XV1 they raised faster when you used them in PQs and stuff. So you could just pick them twice and it'd go up rather quick.

You should be more than fine. I assume you're on the Nutz Gang one then at that level. Pop a regen item if your HP gets low and then just charge a little if you can and just keep punching them. I mostly did it with Crusher Volcano and punching them.

So I think I found my first cheese because it looks like assault rain can't be avoided by dragon rush.

Also just fucking around in training goku guard broke me but the part of the move that got out would come down and save me from a beating.

Usually because something in the setup didn't go quite right. Usually an improper approach, but sometimes just cause. More an issue with the game in general. Sometimes the tracking decides it doesn't want to come to work today.

I did it by mashing the command as you dash towards him and keep mashing till it executes. This way it executes the instant you come out of your dash. That should do it.. if you didn't kiblast by mistake instead. You'll have to practice till you can do it without just popping a kiblast instead.

The training is more strict than anything you'll see in legit gameplay. This is an actual training mode meant to teach you mechanics with precision. No real person, nor AI, will probably be able to jump out as quickly or easily as the training guys.
