That's not how the game works, anon. The map should be played as a team.
If I'm roaming around enough as an ADC to get red buff across the map from bot lane then we're past the point where lane cs "belongs" to a laner.
The people who can best use the gold or who can best serve the team by being that lane should clear the waves.

This isn't theory either, I'm only mid gold and this is how most of my games go.

By some mysterious object's magic, you find that you have switched bodies with your Champion!

Both of you where alone and present at the time, so both of you know the conditions and details of the spell.

The spell cannot be broken, though the effects will wear off in seven days. Your conscience is swapped over,though you brain and body is not. This means that you can in theory replicate everything your Champion could do and vice versa. Muscle memory and cognitive ability is retained, so you may find you suddenly have the reaction time to catch an arrow mid flight, or solve complex equations. However, keep in mind that just because you are capable of something doesn't mean you can do it on command. You and your Champion lack each other's instincts and experience, which will affect how well you are able to do things.

In addition, any detriments either of you had will also come to light. While most of you will suddenly be granted extraordinary abilities, most of your champions will shudder to realize they have gone from nigh superhuman to... whatever you guys are like.

You are free to do what you want for the week, however one thing that is certain is that you MUST spend at least three days in the daily grind of your champion. If your champion is a soldier, then you must fight. Where they a scientist, you will don a lab coat. If they are a smelly Noxian hobo, you better be ready to spread those legs since food isn't going to be free, loser.

Oh, and one other thing. Should one of you die, then BOTH of you die.

I try my best to play good music. I've studied music a bit and play the drums well enough to imitate pantera and other non-proggressive metal/rock bands so maybe I could squeak by if I have her muscle memory and knowledge. My goal would be to not tarnish her reputation by fucking everything up.

He invited me to a Riot inhouse custom once and we got absolutely fucked

On the bright side my dude, because you have high MMR it means you should be getting over +20 for a win and much much less for a loss, meaning if you win 50% of your games you'll climb steadily until you reach equilibrium

These are all the 450 IP champions. In your opinion which one of them needs (even if it's another) a visual and gameplay update?
Consider (hypothetically) that riot can rework any champion to be newbie friendly while still having tons of ways to show how skilled you are with that champion.

I think Kayle, Nunu and Amumu could get some help to stick more to their themes.
Amumu could passively be rewarded for being around enemy champions, maybe move his W to his passive and give him something else to do in teamfights other than mashing WQR mash E.
Nunu could use some gameplay depth on his Passive, W and E.
Kayle could get some help on her "Holy" side of things, right now she's an auto attacker god with boring utility outside of her ultimate.

I think Singed and Soraka do some really unique things, but are kinda unfun to play against. Don't know how they'd change that.

Annie needs some could use some counterplay to her Flash + R Stun.

I don't think Garen is exactly fine, but I have no clue what to do with him either.

Yi/Ashe/Poppy/Ryze are buffs/nerfs away from being perfect balance wise.

Sivir is alright.
