I have a memory of a fighting game I played circa 1997 on the PlayStation. Can you help me identify it?

What I remember most clearly was that in the story mode/arcade mode you would fight against character 1 in the first fight and when you win, you fight against character 2 etc. You could pick any character, so you could have battles of character 1 against character 1.

Roughly the third character had a pushing move where he pushed three times and the level was set on top of a large cylindrical structure where the enemy could be pushed outside the field to fall down.

I'm an Alex/Zangief player and i'm constantly bouncing between 1100LP-2000 LP. Some games i stomp the other guy completely and some games i just get run over 100%.

Karin rewarding Birdie with treats and food and presents. Birdie takes it as a sign of Karin softening up but it's her engaging in a sick sex game where she fuck a submissive Ibuki (bound by Contract) hidden from Birdies eyes and ears getting wet from the thrill of potentially getting caught by Birdie.
