It makes sense since in reality there are 3 Blue-eyes White Dragons so it must mean that there are 3 Spirit Keepers and 3 Dragon eggs.
The first Kisara clone was the Maiden and the second girl was the Priestess and now we're missing the third girl.
We're also missing the original white stone since the stones are being released backwards chronologically.

The primary set back of Rank Up Magic as a strategy is that they are not consistently searchable for the most part. This really hurts decks like Raidraptors which revolve around the cards but still don't have a consistent way to get too them. Utopic Zexal makes the situation worse because if we did get a generic searcher with no drawback everyone and their mother would throw Zexal everywhere. If it had a special summoning restriction upon use everything would be fine.
