The only magic users that could do that is Celica and she used up all of her magic and life force restoring Rachel after her little torture session with Hazama left her too weak among other things. Trinity couldn't do anything for Jin and the only reason he was even capable of moving at all in the finale is because he willed himself up to protect Noel from Ragna with his power of order. Keep in mind he's gone through many temporary treatments through all 3 games after Calamity Trigger, In Continuum Shift he went through a horrific treatment by Valkenhyne that even left Jubei shouting in pain, in Chronophantasma he needed round the clock emergency healing by Celica to even wake up from his coma after the beat down from Berserk Ragna, come Central Fiction, the only way he could even move and fight anymore was because Trinity made him a temporary body that allowed him to fight, then after he gets beaten down along with everybody else from Susanoo'o his temp body couldn't take it and so Trinity had to take the chance to immediately put Jin's soul into the Susanoo'o unit right after Terumi was forced out by Ragna and finally, as per Trinity and Ragna's agreement, Trinity ejected Jin's soul from the unit and put him back in his already injured normal body, Yet Jin pushes through these injuries to fight Ragna one last time in a vain attempt to stop him.

it's a miracle that Jin's capable of every day activities at all after the end with what he pushed himself through.

My guess is that kaka who have spent a long time away from the village (Elder, Tora, Chacha) exploring the the world learn things they wouldn't be able to learn if they were confined to the village which has no school or real parental figures. Litchi took it upon herself to teach the kittens, so I think it is safe to say that it is just a matter of no real form of education being readily available to them.

Since kaka are viewed as leftover weapons from the dark war they typically wouldn't be allowed to just leave the village and go to school with humans. Chachakaka may have stumbled upon some people who thought ''We could use this thing to kill people'' so they recruited her and gave her some quality education for general things and assassination, and they pulled strings to throw her into the NOL academy, she probably isn't your typically schoolgirl age.

To talk more about Chachakaka, she was able to make it into the academy and once there she demonstrates that she's good at information gathering. Also she uses psychological warfare, e.g. lying by telling Mai that her father hates her and thinks she's useless in order to break Mai's resolve before she attacks her. Also she's able to analyze and deduce what the true motives of Mai's father are and she's able to figure out what's going on with Seifer before some of the human characters.

The problem here is that there aren't that many villains in Blazblue. We only really have six villains, only fove of which are real villains.

Nu isn't really a villain, she is more of a anti-hero.

Hazama was for a long time Terumi and is still basically him so if you beat Hazama then you can say you have beat Terumi. I.E you can't have Hazama job to anyone without making Terumi look weak.

Relius is too strong.
Izami is too strong and important.
Terumi is too strong and important.

That leave us with Arakune. Only villain that can job to the heroes is Arakune. So new hero characters really don't have much of a chance to show themselves strong without being forced into some weird fight against another hero.

The Worf however is an offshot of jobbing, where they use a canonically strong character that suddenly get creamed by a new character just to show how strong this new character is.

That gamefaqs post says the user saw that age on the wiki, which claimed it was in the material collection, the age was removed from the wiki at some point. It stands to reason that it was proven not to be true since it was removed.

Maybe Azrael only really has a significant boost in power when going to Level 1 to Level 2 and then Level 3 onwards he only goes up in small increments.

So like Level 1 - 2 he goes from 10,000 - 20,000 and then Level 3 onwards, it goes up 2k for every level released until Level 8 where he's at full power.

I'm just grasping at straws here.

5A is pretty god tier, hits crouchers and shit it has no right to. Insane hitbox.
5B is sweep and has gatlings/chains/whatever they are calling her built in combos and is an all around combo tool for picking people off the ground and going into 236B stuff super or 236~C J.214C or A into super (all depends on where you are on screen).
Holding B puts you into stance for overheads and shit. Not many combos beyond the overhead they show you in challenge, but there are lots of stance buttons, so going to take few days to explore this and see what can be done with it.
Her 236 moves have 'perfect' hits that are spacing dependent. Just the tip bois. 236C is very finnicky for the distance to hit in the air for perfect hit, but the combos after it are huge. J.214~C requires you to let her finish her little animation and then do the C for perfect hit that will give you a nice ground bounce for followups. 236A is about 2 steps back from round start for distance to get perfect hit. 236C hits top of jump arcs from one back dash back for perfect hit. You wont be doign reaction perfect hits. Only a call out for this.

Overdrive I believe puts you in perfect hits for all dash moves with no timing or space requirements.

She can whiff moves into the gatlings/chains, which allows certain combos by whiffing certain moves.

So no, she's not like him at all, which is good because this game doesn't need more Carls.
