Those are actually some pretty neat resources in the resources bin. Makes me anxious to think how much stuff the community is missing out on due to lack of exposure.

I think Doc's weaknesses are a bit overexaggerated by the community (other than his recovery, that shit really blows), and saying he's worse than Ganon is also the dumbest meme in Smash history. Props to the tier list niggas for recognizing that. I'll admit though, he hasnt had any results for the past couple years, so Luigi has a pretty solid case for being above Doc
