Go explore high lvl maps until you get to 190 and run the 190 dungeon until your balls turn blue. Then grind Alemeth to 240, card to 252-255 and grind Storage to 275 and then go quest to 320+ or grind Temerys. Missions stop being worth the time in terms of xp at around 200ish unless you're some sort of pure support build that can't solo quest. 240 dungeon gives shit xp and nobody queues for it.

Yeah that's fucking stupid but Corsairs get Iron Hook and Jolly Roger for farming to be fair which is kind of what I'm trying to get at. In practice te QS will be useful for raw damage but on the other hand the Corsair comes with a chance to get free cubes and cards as well as a powerful CC ability, there's a legit tradeoff instead of them being just variants of DPS.

I would rather have classes they put some actual though into beyond their names and character design.

If they're going to make classes, build the game to require use of them and their skills. Look at Corsairs and Scouts and the number of hidden things. They could have had random hidden chests, they could have just have it be a chance to find random hidden things or just have hidden things spawn in an area. They have basically nothing and gave up on even adding chests that aren't collections or giving you keys.

As for classes themselves, I like that they have lots of concepts, but they should have taken any class they could not think up at least 10 skills for and scrapped them. Even if it's just copy cat skills. I mean RO Mages had a ice bolt, fire bolt, and lightning bolt that were all basically the same skill. Which makes me wonder why this game has the charge bar. Does casting a skill at level 3 charge take less sp than level 10 or whatever? Can you even cast the skill if you don't have max level worth of sp?

Even nice concepts like hidden interactions aren't used as much as they could be. Speaking of, for a game that liked to have hidden quests and classes, why there are no hidden skill quests is beyond me.

Attributes aren't used to their full potential, there are like no passive skills instead of attributes, skills don't have anything worth putting them at anything other than 1 and max unless you ran out of points, and they have a lot of stuff that's just wasted:

Barely anything uses race, elements barely matter, sized is used the most of anything, but what's even the point of dividing enemies into normal special and elite? Especially if most enemies are special and/or there are as many elites around as normals. There's also some system giving every area a property but it's only used for Dig and Druids. Card stats are wasted on an RNG game too.

Hell yeah his Sorcerer is useless for AFK farming unless you literally use a fucking cheat program. If you go to bees there's no Necro summons around for long because you can actually report them and they DO get banned (temporarily) but necromancers are the true legit AFK botting class.

As for using Invocation, sure! You just fucking need invocation and nothing else. WL2 by itself can do this with nothing else needed. Wiz3 just makes your active playing do 50% more damage. That's the only reason you take Wiz3 at all.

For AFK invocations you don't need it because it would be fucking obvious you're botting if you casted both quick cast and invocation on queue every time.

In any case best AFK botter class is necromancer, hands down. Make one of those if you wanna legitimately do it.

The best to clear low level areas fast is probably just scout 3 for split arrow spam or Cata using Rush since they can do that while moving. Lock just works well for that area because the infroroctors always spawn in that small area.

You can but you probably won't get very far. Although you can easily get to level 8 which has a chance of getting lv2 gem abrasive. In a group with a healer and either another dps or a chrono you can easily get to 23 which is a guaranteed abrasive (chance for level 2). You normally have to do this with your friends since no one pugs this any more. I also have more Lolopan gear to sell I can make any glove or boot for 10m if anyone wants it.

A bug fix to hangman's knot means you wont do insane amounts of damage but you can still burst 100k easily as long as you link 10 of the same mobs.

After your combo you run around like a headless chicken until your cool downs are up and do it again. Also you literally don't do any damage against bosses and single targets untill you get warlock.

Wiz3 > Linker 3 literally is overpowered as fuck. I've seen videos of people melting 500k health mobs by being Wiz 3 > Linker 3 > Thauma 2 and just using joint penalty and magic missle and the damage is insane.

Linker is also ALWAYS wanted in every fucking grind party everywhere. You're pretty much as wanted as a cleric.

Also some people on /tosg/ when it was discovered were afraid it would be exposed despite it being one of the biggest topics on the forum. Even Wiz3>Linker2 melts mobs already. Linker C3 is just even more links and melting. Warlock 2 is because you like it. It works well with linking too. Can't find the video but there is one of a Korean player melting shit and even an iTOS player using thauma and linker>wiz to farm even late game mobs in 200 to 280 zones. Past 280 you need some serious gear though.
