-3d game (the extra dimension massively increases the possibilities of movement as well as the possibilities of breaking the game for massive time saves)

I ran 120. It's not the hardest speedrun and people who say that are laughably naive. It's extremely easy to get within 5 minutes of world record. Significantly easier than getting to within 5 minutes of WR in Banjo Kazooie or OOT 100%, for example.

To be fair, though, it is really fucking hard. I think the runners just largely refuse to try and experience anything else, so they develop tunnel vision and think their speedgame is the only one with that level of depth.

reminder trihex used the excuse that the reason trix has a 2:30 time in yoshi 100% is because all he does is play the game all day because he's bored and has nothing else to do, yet trihex sits on his stream and plays mario maker for 5-6 hours

If you're into Playstation games, I recommend this one. Very easy game to get into. You just get a secret super upgrade at the start of the game and you're set. You'll probably have to learn how to beat bosses more efficiently, which sometimes require a lot of RNG luck. But it's really easy to learn and it isn't bad.
