Modding for illusion game is almost like a science because mod makers don't know how to coherently get to the point. So you have all of these disjointed guides and no one actually making mods. I don't know if you guys discussing CRF and CR4 still here, I was offline yesterday.

CRFantasy have the better atmosphere compared to the other in the franchise simply by being in fantasy and middle age-ish setting.
There's additional feeling to be had compared to modern setting. Also in CR5, the girls are "Student" or "Teacher", those are pretty bland as opposed to "breaking" princess in CRF.

Regarding the fetish scene in CR4, You need to know the story premise first. The slave girl(s) in the CR5 are student and teacher you blackmail and train sexually so you can sell them and net you profit.
In CR4, you are training a willing girl, you are an accomplished magician, and the world is being attacked by monster and you're tasked to train a girl to repel the monster invasion, you do this via sexual training, and the more hardcore the sexual release is, the higher her power (mana) increase.

Those should already give you insight how the fetish scene will develop, and to add to that, there are additional H scene depending on your girl class.
