There's a certain amount you can suck from people before you have to go find someone else, but without addons you get enough to go well into EW2 if you max out your draw from one person. As far as I can tell there's a cooldown of at least a minute or two before you can start to stalk them again - hard to tell, I'm not really counting while I'm playing.

60 seconds of instant down and crazy lunge with EWIII is more than enough time.

Basically once you go to Rank 2-3, people start being able to notice your terror radius to the same degree as any other killer. Far as I've noticed, anyway.

Rank 1 is probably intended to be used early in the match to spook people and confuse them as to your location, but the slow speed and reduced range makes it tough to get a follow-up hit.

We've done pretty well, trying to farm tickets so that we can get the new map more often since it's fun as fuck. So far it usually boils down to rushing gens and keeping an eye out for myers, and avoiding him like the plague once we see him. If he gets evil 3 we basically hide like bitches and run it out, don't go for unhooks when he has it up etc. So far we've only had one death out of six games and it was because the dude tunnel visioned one of us super hardcore. That said, michael is going to be a huge obstacle to overcome in solo play, as some of you might've seen when bahroo memed on me pretty badly.

The devs said they'll do they're best to make as much stuff free and accessible as they can. If I had to guess they couldn't do it with MM because they had to pay licensing and all. They did their best to make it possible to enjoy the content for free, though. Teachables from the DLC can be gotten from the shrine, you can still VS MM and go on the map without it, the only thing buying the DLC guarentees is basically permanent playing as michael, leveling him and laurie up and that's it.

The moment you hear the terror you might want to sprint right away, else you're getting hit no matter what ( even though you have no idea which way ). It's teachables that are available in bloodwebs on level 30/35/40. To get that high on a bloodweb you'd need to spend like 1.5m bloodpoints. So you get a rotation of 4 teachables each week that lets you skip the grind. You get like 10 shards per a regular game, and the teachables in shrine cost 550-750 currently.

How do I actually escape from a killer? It seems pretty impossible once i'm spotted. He can follow the tracks right to the area you are at and if you are already bleeding he can just hear you with the constant UGHHH UHHHHHHH UGGGGG that the stupid characters make. Pallets, windows, whatever none of it matters as I always get followed.

Balanced, thus appears OP since the DLC just dropped.

They made a strong killer with tactically flexible mechanics and plonked him right into a meta which has spoiled survivors for so long that nobody knows how to deal with the killer having dominant control over the flow of the game. Once people work Decisive Strike into their build and spend some more time dealing with him, I think it'll be clear if anything about EW actually needs to change. Hopefully the devs won't blitz-nerf before things settle down.

A lot of killers run stridor - it makes you a lot easier to hear after you've been whacked. Without stridor the survivor noises aren't that loud. If you don't have Iron Will to balance it out you'll get found more easily.

The scratch marks don't last that long. Once you have some distance on them start moving slower and keep objects between you and them. It's baseline supposed to be hard, and require skill, to escape the killer once you're spotted and hit. The idea is to not get seen in the first place, but Sprint Burst and Self Heal make it much, much, much easier to run and hide.
