The girls were Gral's friends. One of them was playing like trash and preventing the raid from happening but the other one was doing fine despite being underleveled.
I got frustrated and left the fireteam while still in the party after the raid was declared over. The underleveled girl apologized and I said something like "it's fine, it wasn't the underleveled persons fault".
