What's the best and worst dungeon in the game?

My favorite's probably the Casino just because of Dominatrix Sae and the music. Least favorite is probably the Moonbase or the Bank.

These "spoilers" meant that, even though you survive and take on the final boss, he never shows up again and everything goes unexplained. That's why he wasn't in the ending scene

Favorite is either the Cruise Ship or Pyramid. Least favorite is probably the Moonbase, or just the Castle for how much more on rails and simpler it is than the others, but that's just in hindsight, I liked it when I played it, and it works as a first dungeon.

Me too, but AE and DR3 were next level. The overarching chronology is not remotely one of DR's good points, the tension and mystery of the scenario and cases is. DR2 started to lose sight of that, especially in its second half, and AE and DR3 have no traces of it left. A fresh start is exactly what the series needs, and I pray that V3 is genuinely that.

They knock them out of the park.
TMS's are handmade and pretty great, but they're still very repetitive in structure. You'll have one mechanic per dungeon that never really evolves, and while they're nowhere near the random corridors of P3 and P4, they were copy-paste in design to an extent.

P5's are indisputably the best dungeons in any Atlus game to date, and in my experience, the best I've played in any JRPG. Visually, they're ridiculously varied, with the first dungeon alone having basements, cellars, stairwells, rooftops, libraries, giant church-like halls, and crazy warped sections. The designs and structures of each of these locations also differ significantly, it never gets old, and you're never treading through a room identical to the last. The ways you can interact with the environment also make a huge difference, they're littered with collectables to "steal", minor puzzles to solve, and hidden walkways off to chests and the like. The stealth mechanic is a lot less bullshit than sneaking up on enemies in P3/4, and while it'll take a little getting used to the controls for it, once you get the hang of things, it's fun as heck. On top of that, they do a great job at telling the story through the dungeons, through events that happen in the background, the dialogue between enemies, the presence of the antagonist, and just general symbolism with the place. In terms of level design, they almost feel like they came out of a Zelda game, minus items and with less puzzles.

Yeah, I loved them.

Uh yeah, but I'd probably advise against it.
Mementos is far less fun than the story dungeons, hence why they intend for you to do it in small chunks, rather than tackle it all in one go.
You'd be better just taking Goro with you to clear the floors you unlock after beating the Moonbase, and just savoring his presence in the Casino.

With the complaints that the P1 DLC didn't have the original Revelations music, Atlus should make another P1 DLC except the costumes are the actual P1 characters' uniforms.

I honestly have no idea what Atlus can reveal about Goro. It should be important to note that the game has only been out for a month, and even though the spoiler ban has pretty much been lifted, there are still people that haven't played the game yet for one reason or another. I can't imagine them revealing to everyone including those that haven't played the game that Goro is dead, or even his thief costume.

I don't think it really matters in terms to power. Sae's cognitive Joker died in one shot despite Joker being close to endgame level power at that point in the story.

In fact Shido has no idea how Goro's Persona's work or anything like that, because he can't see him work. Cognative Goro even shows up in regular clothes instead of either of his thief outfits because Shido's presumably never seen them.
