As far as the game itself goes, it's objectively a massive improvement on 4. It's insane how much of an overhaul the gameplay got.
Even my least favorite dungeon or boss is still miles better than anything in P4.
And I far prefer the story and cast, but of course that shit's going to come down to preference when they're so different in style, tone and presentation, so there's no point in arguing over which is "better", but barely any games have come close to the insane rush of excitement that I got when they revealed the twist isn't that Goro is the traitor, but that everyone fucking knew all along and planned for it. That scene alone is so wonderfully executed and built towards, it blew any moment in P4 out of the water.
I could go on and on about how much I love the game, but I'll wait till February when people here hav actually played it and aren't just spouting shit about a game they've "experienced" through what's been posted on here.

Burger Station looks cool, but the design of the dungeon for the entire first half is awful compared to the others, it stretches a small area out for as long as possible. The second half is an improvement but still underwhelming.
The bank, while visually probably the least of a spectacle has the best music, and probably the most well integrated gimmick, and the design is fantastic throughout.
Art Gallery is a visual spectacle, and deserves bonus points just for how beautiful it is, and it has some fun "thief" moments, and remains consistent throughout. Definitely doesn't deserve to be as low as you ranked it.
Casino is cool visually, most of the time, but its back hallways are the weakest of the whole game, and its gimmick is nothing special, and the design is fairly straightforward. Had some cool moments with the solo minibosses and the pitch black maze, but that's really it.
For the rest of the dungeons, I agree with your placement, Pyramid was fantastic, and really well made, and the Cruise Ship is the perfect pick for a final dungeon, since it's the high point of the whole game.

I will say, even the "worst" dungeon is still great, and far better than any of the shit that the previous games had. How the fuck they managed to leap forward this far is crazy.

Most of the cast have no issues with adults in general, it's really only Ryuji who takes it that far, and that's a defined flaw of his that they do a good job with.
In P4 they were too frightened to give any of the character flaws, while Ryuji has a big falling out with Morgana, and characters act more hostile towards each other in general, which is far better than the overly simple personalities in P4.
Yes, the game has kids disliking corrupt adults as a main theme, but that's fine. Heck, the idea to have an antagonist for each character is a great idea, since by making you empathize with the party members, you subconsciously end up liking them more anyway. It's completely reasonable, and it never verges on obnoxious.
The only character I'd consider "dull" is Yusuke, since the game practically forgets about him after his initial appearance, but even he still manages to have a far more interesting arc than most of P4's cast.

Ryuji's and Anne's are ones with a serious impact, Makoto's sister remains prominent throughout the whole game, Futaba's mom remains important, and Soujiro existing keeps her relevant, and Haru's dad's death keeps her relevant. After Madarame confesses, that's basically it for Yusuke. All that he has left are a few gags where he pisses of Futaba and that's it.

I seriously wonder, their latest press releases have been vague. While they tout the english dub, they don't say "English only". Every tweet they make now consists solely of replies asking for dual audio, their YouTube comments section, NeoGAF threads on the game, reddit threads, and obviously /pg/ are all also asking for the Japanese dub.
I think for once they might be considering it.
I'll say this once again too; emailing their service desk gets you a unique reply from their QA department. They read and respond to every email.
