You're a moron. They added almost a full new game worth of content. It's not like the extra day in DeSu OC. There's a huge expansion completely new campaign added in Break Record. Bigger than say The Answer for P3.
As for ideal route, it depends on individual dialogue choices, not just on people you picked so it's basically impossible for anyone to tell you from memory, but generally you want to go for Daichi ending first.
