Alright. Which units did /feg/ use that turned out to be surprisngly better than expected. I actually used Isadora for a bit in Blazing Sword, and while she wasn't fantastic she did provide good utility for my army and was able to kill enemies when needed. Plus her sprite is sexy as hell

I guess you can say I use Jagen logic for him. There is a bit of a powergap between Micaiah and the rest of the Mages though IMO.

I've given Sanaki Paragon a couple of times and gotten her up to 12 or so before the tower. She caps Mag fast and does a good job softening up enemies and killing dragons, though she probably can't take a single hit from a red dragon without cover. She was more useful in 4-3 helping clear the right side of the map than she was in the Tower for me. Never got her Str high enough to use Rexflame effectively, but it's only 1 Mt less than her personal tome so it wasn't an issue.
Obviously not the best use of a Paragon scroll, but Sanaki is cute so I decided to give it a try.

Found out something interesting.

When you tap any character's portrait, you cut to a quick animation of them above and their stats on the touch screen, as well as showing all of the weapon ranks they have acquired. I just did this for Yukimura, and there is a gear symbol at the end of the weapon ranks, just like the Saw weapon that Automatons use. Every other character, all in different classes, show a diamond symbol with one half shaded in and the other half not, the symbol is reserved for Beast and Dragonstones I believe.

Guys for the past couple weeks my favorite thing to do was to get high as fuck and play fire emblem awakening. I had a blast, it was an emotional roller coaster with my favorite units dying and others taking their place and it was one of the best experiences of my life, I looked forward to it almost daily.

Now I crave the experience again but I was conflicted on either birthright or conquest, comfy or dramatic. In the end conquest won my over with its lure of emotion and darker story. My question is how fucked am I? I don't want to ruin the high by not being able to strategize and running into a brick wall or putting myself into an unwinnable situation.
