It's all about timing your shields. You need to be able to tell when you're going to have to shield YOURSELF or one of the other 5 tards you're wrangling for the next 10 minutes. You have to be really frugal with your shields. Don't shield unless you know you're going to receive damage and gain charge, or if you need to protect yourself. Don't shield an ally if they're not in immediate danger. Shielding them and THEN expecting them to go in will not work. Seriously, save the shield for when they're already taking damage. Also, you're a tank. Get up in the enemy team's face. Not too much, but don't be afraid to run in a little and take it as a chance to get some charge. Use your ult on (optimistically) 3+ people. Don't ult if the enemy Reinhardt has his shield up. Wait for it to break, then ult. If they don't have a Reinhardt you should be ok to ult whenever they're clumped. Don't use your grenades at low energy, they do shit damage. At higher energy levels use them more but remember your beam does the most damage. It's all about getting charge and using your beam. If you play her right she can be a 3rd DPS. It's all about getting the experience to know when to shield and when not to.

Hanzo ult has a windup+travel time and can be healed through with Transcendance. Hanzo has to be pretty close to get the full ult on the GS.

Reaper ult is usually better because it's instantaneous and same with pharah ult (although she is incredibly vulnerable during it)

Pulse bomb is easily the best though. Granted, it doesn't kill the tanks but it will kill all of the squishes and can't be counters by transcendance. Only Lucio ult can block it and even then tracer can still beat it if Lucio pops it too early/too late.

But yeah, Hanzo ult is pretty sub par for the graviton

The quality had nothing to do with how 'late' the movie was. The orc parts were pretty great, if they had bugdet to spare on decent human lead actors and use the OST from the games the final product wouldn't have been that terrible. Oh and since they were adamant about the story of the adaptation at first they should have refused the shitty side plot lines with Lothar wife's son and that fucking forced romance to cater to the normal audience.

gains tank treads for 2.5 seconds. In this state he gets a speed boost(equivalent to normal Lucio cross-fade) and +25 armor for the duration.

Now he has a viable escape ability

Sentry:
Gains tank treads for 2.5 seconds. Can move while in sentry mode at 1/4 normal movespeed with +25 shield (so that way he isn't getting excessively damage resistance)

Now he can do surprise attacks in on points.

Make both abilities with 13-14 second cooldown.

Boom, now bastion is viable as a defensive pick right?

As she stands, Widow is best at picking off supports and DPS. While she can bust tanks, it's rather inefficient, as they all have some way to mitigate damage or heal. Meanwhile at the highest level the charge time to 100% will be .2 seconds faster, therefore making headshot kills on low hp enemies much easier, because there is less time for you to not 75% a shot and leave them with few hitpoints left.
Overall buff for both spectrums, low level and highlevel, headshot and body shot.

Come with the patch changes, a Widow can literally 2 shot a roadhog in 0.7 seconds if she's already fully charged. Unless he instantly reacts and starts healing as soon as he gets shot he wont even be able to heal in time not to die
