The INT bonus from Swell head can be transposed into CON, effectively giving me A LOT more HP. The idea is to have enough damage to instantly kill large groups of people in PvP without having to rely on links.

In PvE, chances are someone else in the party has linker, so in the end it's not a huge penalty.

It's not required but you need to have other spells to use to fight archers and casters effectively. You can still use Blood Sucking to heal yourself with Sleep and Hangman's Knot though.

It's really worth doing this exploration shit? I mean, my char is a meta char now thanks to imc so questing and leveling is not a problem. it's just one extra card and well, since I'll probbably do all the quests later - and eventually explore those quest maps "again"- it seems that it's not really worth wasting 4 hours walking for ONE extra card per map... I'm 290 now and I have all my c3 r8 skills maxed already so it's no the case of, let's say, inquisitor maxing his new skills with job 15 from cards...

assuming we want to be a true monk so no monk 2 pd/kabba variants and inq is the final path
options are:

I LOVE PVP and just by being a cleric you're already decent at it, specially now with inq. priest 2 brings mass heal but priest 1 already brings monstrance (I would roll a dex monk) and as a matter of facT: aspersion 10 is not enough and pardoner does the job for pve, sacrament 5 is not enough and pardoner does the job. blessing 10 has a bad scalling and this is a no spr build, will be basically a naked pre-spr buff spr damage which is not that bad but still shitty later on.

not really lying but you have "slot" to do a "filler pick" in this build. it's weakest version, sure, but paladin c1 is not that bad. again, it' the weakest path but it ~can help~ and the costume is amazing.

Cleric 2 + Paladin 1 + Diev 1.

Cleric 2 is a no brainer. Diev 1 utility and Carve for physical damage classes is great already. Diev 2 will be even better, sure. Silence and Owl, even without int, are amazing. Priest 1 also comes with a decent kit, specially monstrance and ress.

What Paladin 1 has to offer:

1: Smite. Even at lv 5 it does the "job": hurting devil and mutant shit. 785 base damage on a crit build, don't forget that. It will be further amplified by monk's strike debuffs, two overheats, low cooldown.

2: Restoration:
Make your healing stronger and gives some spr regen.

3: Resist element: it's shit in comparison to what diev brings or even krivis, but it has it uses with +99 property resist and 9% nullification is not that bad too.

Turn undead: memes, weak with low spr

Again: it's the worst option but one can argue that the costume and this small utility may be worth the trouble. what buggs me is the double punch question, similar to fencer (and hoplite): you already have a 0 cd strike skill worth investing attributes heavily, will Smite be useful later and worth of attributes?

Spr is pretty much exclusively for priest stone skin and chaplains aspergillium. It affects some other things like deprotect zone and zalcai also but you only get spr if you're going priest 3.

spr was a mistake imo, they should have reworked that stat into being more useful for everyone. it actually is useful but tos stat point system works against spread stats. taking ROI as a example, every new level you get XX points to upgrade your stats, the higher they are, more costly they will be to upgrade so for exemple:

if you have 90 STR and wants to push it to 91, it would cost 9 points, but your LUK at the moment is 1: and it costs only 1 point to upgrade (since it's low, cost increases every 10 levels), so you have the option to keep your STR now at 90 and push your LUK to 9. Every 3 luk = 1 atk, every 1 str = atk and some critical rate and CC resist, therefore from a dps perspective luk will give you more DPS for less points.

Y/N. The common build is even more boring than elememe, but Necro itself is cool.

You can't "command" the skeletons and currently, their AI is broken or nerfed or something. They used to be good at going off and killing things, but now they stay tethered to you like a sorc summon since the R8 patch. The skeletons don't seem to have much def either so they get killed rather easily.

The skeletons, which will all together do something like 10k damage a second, won't be able to take hits from high level enemies since there's nothing to boost their def. You have to tank for them, rather than them tanking for you.

The archers do at least get decay bonuses but skeletons do dark damage, which is like the most popular enemy type and going to do even less damage against those soon. On the other hand if you were fighting a holy enemy, they'd(archers) do like 4k with decay and maybe more if they were flying or raised.

Honestly if all skeletons were changed to do strike damage, it'd be better.
