Yeah, pretty much. Lissandra is pretty fine and I like her as how she's designed. She doesn't give an unfair moment, but Kayle is just a terrible fucking design, especially because her AS build gives mostly a lot of CDR because of Nashor's and she's able to chase your ass down with Rylai's.

See the game is easy as fuck but the nice thing about it is that you can minmax the fuck out of it and it becomes a test of efficiency. It's all about conservation of resources in order to maximize gains, and realizing when you can't do something or something would be superfluous. Then that translates into league.
