Anyone else here using this game as a tool for selfimprovement? Before each session, I do 10 minutes of exercise, with 5 minutes in between game or 7 if I lose the game. Been doing it for about a month now and feel a lot more positive.

I don't think botlane is bad for climbing though since you're dealing with 2 of 5 players. If for example you do decent against brand caitlyn they don't get ahead then they have no mid game damage and support brand won't do anything all game making the match usually pretty manageable just off of that.

ADC is just a really important role - unless both ADC don't get fed, at which point they don't matter. But if one ADC gets fed and the other one doesn't, you might as well forfeit. They'll take bot tower, and then rotate mid, take that tower, probably rotate top after that, take top tower, then take every dragon that spawns, win every skirmish, and yeah win the game. That's why even though I dislike the lane I like playing it because then I can hopefully guarantee the enemy ADC doesn't get fed. And that's important.
