I've noticed an increase in difficulty with people I am up against with each new promotion.
I just hit 200 yesterday currently 208 and there are actually Tracers who know how to aim and is literal cancer, Genji "mains", people actually pushing the payload and counterpicking without being prompted to do so.

It depends on the situation. As Lucio, you can easily gather information about the battlefield using your mobility. Use that to make an informed decision on whether on when to use it.

If your team needs to make a heavy push to take a point, pop it right as they engage. If you've taken the point and are defending it, try to hold on to it to soak up Ults.

Beyond that, I've used it a couple times to save teammates that were getting focused just to give them a couple more seconds to get away. I can't entirely vouch for that sort of usage and it'll probably get you yelled at, but if it's an important character it can absolutely be a make or break difference in an upcoming team fight.

Correct and incorrect, as Reaper and brushing her teeth with your shotguns shoot through them then her. If your team is willing to focus shoot her and her shield to take her out of the fight. Really only time to not shoot her shields is with little to no dps to bring her down. However ultimately a good Zarya will get charge no matter what, so at higher levels she will get charge and unless you're willing and able to take her down you're fucked.

She can't solo on her own without her energy levels being at least 50%. reinhardt can take her out if he notices that she has already used her personal shield. kill off her team, hit her from different directions and she'll be helpless. the only reason ppl complain about her is because they end up shooting her shields, not killing her team or just plain suck.
