Are you able and willing to open two clients? If yes, you can play without ever spending anything, because the only thing they sell that gives a direct advantage is more storage tabs.

But you can just make another account, and use that new account to store things, and trade to your other account with a second client.
Mostly, you will not even notice the need for more storage space until you make your sencond or third character.

As for Grim Dawn I might skip it if PoE is enough for me. I just really hate games with microtransactions that's why I never tried it and was thinking about Grim Dawn.

As for the class/build I was thinking about going with a Arc Witch or whatever that build is. Essentially I wanted lightning magic caster and every single build that i checked had cast speed instead of spell damage thats why I asked about it. Premium Stash Tab Bundle goes on sale every three weeks on Saturday, Currency Stash tab is on sale once a month.

arc is great for a first build, it's super straight forward and quite a satisfying spell, i'm glad you found a build to follow because winging it for the first time will leave you with an absolute shit build. try figuring out why the guide writer made the decisions he made though, it will help you greatly understanding the game in the long run.
