I absolutely love the torb changes and want them to get all of them for the live game. They're perfect. Not OP but not irrelevant.
D.VA changes are horrible and need to be undone immeduately. All of them. Fuck her having 600 health and fuck her being faster while moving. Absolutely retarded.
Mei ult being instant is good but fuck the radius being bigger. Keep only instant deployment but go back to the range it is now. Also longer charge rate is acceptable.
76 change is great. Leave as is.
Lucio projectile change is fine but leave his healing as it is now in live. The healing change is bad.
Ana boost speed nerf is a bit much. It's a little op but they went about it wrong. Leave the speed alone and instead change the charge rate. Or lessen the speed boost but don't completely remove it.
Zarya change is fine and understandable
None player damage not charging ult is good
Increasing every heros charge rate was a bad idea. Only some heros needed that and they should have only did this to some heros. Some heros with slow charge rates will suffer even more now
