And man, I just played a few matches on YGO pro and did alright, but there was pretty much no combat. The matches were nothing but effect chains to win, which is definitely not what I'm used to.

therefore it stands to reason that the Cyber--Stein ban in TCG made Pre-INOV Metalfoes lose a lot of power
