It seems like "nothing amazing" because of the sheer amount of XP you need to level up at that point. You're no longer getting one level per room. As for the spider dungeon, the solo version scales to your level, and if you power-level, you're not going to be able to beat the harder party versions anyway to to the gear discrepancy. There's no reason to rush levels, because it hurts more than it helps on a fresh server, is what I'm saying.

To continue this, because I forgot to mention PvP: If your main goal in life is PvP, then go for it. There's no reason not to power-level since you can get all your gear via PvP if you wanted to (and because of what Mystery said), but it's going to be PvP-focused gear not suitable for PvE. You're going to get shafted on the PvE front no matter what.

Yes, that's my point.

Also I never mentioned the solo version of spiders, the solo version is bullshit and hardly worth the effort unless you're just bored. The easy party mode of spiders is amazing exp even at 50+

Also like I mentioned before, you can't really rush levels anyway. The amount of exp you can gain per day is limited. Things really slow down past 40 and by that point you should be sufficiently geared to do level 40 or so content. If you just level as you normally would, do dungeons, dailies whatever. You'll be able to gear up as you level.

There's no reason to rush because you just can't. People that try to rush will find they can't really do anything once they've done all the daily things that reward any meaningful amount of exp. Then they get bored and quit. Rushing doesn't hurt because of gear, it's relatively easy to keep up with gear because of how slow leveling gets.

You forgot to include EXO quests and how pushing brackets fucks you on the weekly because it chooses the hardest difficulty for your bracket. If you can't complete it, you're missing out on valuable rank points and currency to buy mats needed to craft your gear.

I'm not going to lie, it is usually a good idea to hold off leveling if you need to get some other shit done first, that's a common practice. All I'm saying is that you guys are trying to say that 'rushing' levels is the devil. When really it's not that bad so long as you're smart about it.

I was fine doing the god mode dungeons with two people, it took a while but it wasn't impossible. We stayed geared enough until the harder dungeons just couldn't be done with two. If there were three others similarly geared and we had a full party, it would have been no issue.

It's not that bad you're not forced to clear the current 8man raid so early, especially since they were made for more high end players.
You can still do 4man nests while wearing theano gear and you shouldnt have many problems, if you really want to try out idn go to the 4man version of it it's much easier

iCBT had such a low xp rate that you couldn't see what was wrong with the game because you didn't have a chance to experience nearly enough of it.

iCBT2 had horrible problems like the chat and marketplace servers being down for fucking ages and over weekends for example. Also you had enough time to see the flaws of the game if you didn't stop before 150.

Open Beta didn't really fix or change much from iCBT2. It had similar gamebreaking bugs and issues and it added a bunch of problematic features in the game that fucking sucked ass like the marketplace timers and item limits.

It needed a year more of development at the very least and it had some big flaws in the core mechanics like the XP curve and snoozefest questing.

All that wasted potential though.
