Not just according to us, it's a plain fact.
According to what card deck you assemble, you can dramatically change the gameplay for a certain hero.
For example, you can assemble a full sniper deck for Kinessa, or go with the full mine deck where you are expected to stay on the point and not snipe but shoot in SMG mode.

Thinking about it logically, what would this comment actually break down as. That they ban players on a friday only and even then it's just for 1 automated hour period where all the investigated names are terminated.

3-5 players per minute given what I said above = 240 players per week. That, to me sounds a hell of a lot more realistic given what we see in game.
It's like Blizzard saying they sold 17 million copies of OW when in reality they said "players" and not copies sold, which counts many millions of people who play at internet cafes for a few hours in china and korea.

Skye needs a full-on rework.

The issue with characters like Skye (and her predecessor, Loki) is that they're very binary: either you notice them and they're useless, or you don't and they melt you in 1.5 seconds. In low-level games, stealth is too strong, and in high-level games, it's too predictable. If she stays as is, all she'll ever be is a pubstomper.

To keep her stealth, she needs to move away from the "kills you instantly" niche. I propose that she instead moves into utility.

It also makes the KinessaxSkye matchup far more bearable. Kinessa will get harassed and be perpetually preoccupied with Skye, but she has a decent chance of 1v1ing her, if she has any idea where she is. And even if she buys Illuminate, Skye's new mobility and high range still lets her be somewhat of an annoyance.

One guy had already rushed to take aggression before I could type it out but the rest of them actually listened.

Two or more people with cauterize is more than enough to counter a Ying.
