Word of warning, some of the delivery methods make it practically impossible to deliver everything by yourself.

Another tip, the businesses in the north might be tempting because they're cheaper and it's generally quieter outside the city. Thing is, to get the best profits, you'll have to deliver TO the city, which can get very unpleasant with other players running around. If you put the extra money in a business in the city, you'll have to deliver them up North. Don't know about how others feels, but I find it easier to head out of the city and deliver to Paleto Bay than to head from Paleto Bay and deliver in the city in an open lobby.

CEO missions are tedious as shit. I only ever filled 1 warehouse a couple of times before it got boring as shit.
You practically have to juggle between two warehouses if you want to run them efficiently and this is a full time job.

I can casually run 5 biker businesses instead, actually play the game in freemode with friends and have fun. Make a sell run in the evening and earn a million every two days from casual play after work.

At this point, when I log in I purchase supply for all businesses, proceed to have fun with whatever free roam shit we come up with or do random missions and at the end of the day I do all the sells runs with my crew.

For someone that hates grinding this is perfect.
I haven't earned significant dollars in the past months becasue I dont give a shit about heists or regular missions anymore. I usually just freeroam and for someone like this the Biker business is impressive as it generates money out of thin air.

I have almost made back all the money invested from a week playing with no grind opposed the CEO which is a full time job.
