Just got Legion. Does the choice of Kayn or Altruis matter for anything beyond what version of Akama you get? I much prefer Kayn but I'd prefer regular Akama, so if Kayn doesn't do anything after the choice I'd pick Altruis.

See above with some bigger numbers and lower mana, but can be very inconsistent based on player competence, high skill ceiling for low returns.
>Shaman

This. If you can't tell from my first post I've healed as almost everything, monk being the only exception.
My favorite currently is obviously HPriest and I'm almost always top heals and monks are usually low, but that one in maybe four that is good blows me out of the water. Not sure exactly what they do besides leak mana, but it drops my HPS and blows my overheal through the roof, last H-Cen I did with one I was close to sixty million overheal and still 40 hps under the monk.
