I quit in the patch that they introduced Scan, spell damage scaling, easier early game and a shit ton of new items in the same patch. I still come here occasionally because I don't completely despise the game and I still watch the odd stream. I spent 3600 hours on it, it's a fun game.

I don't hate everything new in 6.87, but there are so many warning signs that the best has come and gone that it hurts. Dota has changed significantly, whether it's for better or worse is down to an individuals opinion and I personally could not stand the direction things were going.
The new stun timer is another thing that makes me glad I stopped.

I've obviously seen the illusion memes with Centaur and his passive working on towers, but is this applicable in pubs?

Now that damage block works on Illusions - Is just Vanguard and Manta on Centaur enough to safely take all T1 and T2 towers of the enemy team?

His aghs sounds broken as fuck too, why isn't a global 4 second 60% damage reduction and free pathing with max MS picked up more often? It also works against all kinds of damage, not only physical. Seems like the perfect ability to protect your team when you push highground.

I do the standard tranq/blink/hood/pipe/aghs build in pubs all the time, he farms jungle camps pretty well and is hard to bully out of lane. I haven't tried the manta build yet but it honestly seems pretty viable given how fast he can get items after he has hood and some regen.
