Strikers are high tier, lightnings provide great area control/denial and their super is perfect for shutting down bladedancers which are really popular right now. Sunbros and Defenders are definitely less effective, a good hammer can clear a round if you know how to use it but bubble isn't very good, felwinters+nbp is the only really viable strategy I've seen so far but its dependent on getting into shotgun range.

Third I kills it senpai. Def usable for everything but trials and sweats. I would run a hopscotch over that too. Third Eye is kinda useless with the artifact and knucklehead radar existing. Pulse rifles mainly benefit from that artifact as the sprint CD doesn't affect them enough. I'd recommend pairing that up with a mid range fusion.
