Yeah, we got it in September. It's pretty much a worse E5 but it looks incredibly sexy, so I had to have it.

It has pretty much impenetrable frontla turret armor, but it has a cupola that's an auto-pen no matter how you hit it. It makes fighting within 200m an exercise in frustration, even in hull-down positions.

Actually I'm selling it short. It has insane gun handling -- retardedly short aimtime, incredible dispersion values, stupidly fast rate of fire and a DPM that shows it, and it has 270mm of base penetration.

But the hull is literally paper all around, and of course there's the aforementioned cupola that gets penned by everything and is easy to hit.

The Chieftain mk.6 still suffers the novelty of being a new tank, so it gets focus fired in a lot of matches. If you've got room to jiggle your tank and juke shots at your hatch it's great, but if not you're screwed six ways to sunday.

tier 9 is another step up the learning curve and it will make you go through alot of suffering before getting used to it

the gun is one of the best of all the t9 and 10 heavies, great aim time, gun handling and pen
learn the weak spots
the armor is meh but as long as you hide your lfp it will bounce quite a few shots
tier 9's dont make a profit without a premium account especially if you dont perform during the match, the best you can hope for is to break even (calculated over several battles) and that doesnt even take consumables, equipment, etc into account

Why the fuck do people praise the Comet so much? The gun depression is slightly above average, the armor isn't worth anything and the modules take damage literally everytime you get shot. Seriously why would anyone rationalise being cucked into going further than the Cromwell?

It was decent a year or two ago before Wargaming added in better medium lines to go down. Not only that but when it got its HD model they nerfed the turret armor along with a couple other things making it thoroughly useless compared to other tanks in the tiering. I'd honestly even pick playing a Panther over the Comet as it is now.

The Centurions are pretty good though imo. Very relaxing grind and simply average medium tanks all around.

I personally liked the 7/1 quite a lot, even if it is the worst tier 9 medium. Cent 1 was alright in its time, but probably not as great to grind now. In the end, if you are at least competent at the game, they will offer no real problems if you just compensate for their shortcomings.
