Loving someone doesn't have to mean loving them romantically. Besides, what's this shit about "saving his life?" Junkenstein's whole motivation for creating a monster and selling his soul was notoriety, the comic makes that pretty clear. Then there's the fact that you seem to be basing this off characters that Junkrat and Roadhog merely represent (characters who might not even exist outside of Reinhardt's story, at that). Maybe Junkrat would do some drastic things to help Roadhog - he defended him when a cop called him fat in Going Legit, so he obviously cares about him to some degree - but there's technically no canon evidence that he'd go that far. I'm not saying you can't ship them, I'm just saying I highly doubt it's an official ship.

Hanzo gets his ult after like, 7 Zombics and only needs to save it for Junkenstein. Hanzo should take the left lane stairs where the Zombics and Zombadiers line up for headshots, you'll literally drop a minion once every second. You also have all the angles to ult pretty much any direction you need to.

Ana should always be ready to ult McCree for elite apperances. McCree uses Deadeye, Ana sleep darts the elite, Ana ults McCree, and McCree one-shots the elite before it wakes. The only time this changes a bit is after The With shows up, sleep dart the monster so McCree can Deadeye everyone without getting hooked.
Ana is best on the platform on the right. Ana has the hardest job, needing to land sleep darts, her grenade timing on Roadhog's heal, healing her people and still hitting most of her shots so she's never without ult.

McCree should exist up on the bridge area so he has few moments where damage falloff occurs.

Soldier is just a DPS totem and ults whenever he feels it would be advantageous. He loses headshots when he ults so his damage potential actually lowers and is best used when he gets a free reload and there are a lot of zombics that need to be killed quickly. He can stay closer to the door.

On Hard most of the damage happens when Roadhog shows up. He just has insane health and it can so quickly spiral out of control. You really need everybody getting headshots on Roadhog while Zombadiers are still being killed.

Reminder that junkrat and roadhog are not bad people, and are in fact good guys

Despite their spree of terrorism, they don't actually ever kill anyone on screen who is good. The only person they've killed was an evil businessman who set them up.
And if you watch the "A moment in crime" video, junkrat and roadhog are doing relatively harmless things, like stealing from an ice cream truck, vending machine, and jewelry.

But they never are shown to really kill anyone or do anything that evil.

And just look at the conversations junkrat and mei have. Mei doesn't like junk, but junk replies that he is a misunderstood freedom fighter. He doesn't just blow shit up because LUL EXPLOSHINS, there is actually a legitimate motive behind his actions. I mean, if the entire world told you to fuck off and deal with the omnics and their bullshit, wouldn't you be mad? Roadhog too, he has a lot of lines that show a genuinely good person is inside that mask.

He says stuff like, "pretty place. would be a shame to have to kill someone here". He understands his job and the reality of the world he lives in, but he still enjoys the natural beauty of nature and a lovely town, and doesn't enjoy sullying it with bloodshed

If you read the comics with junkrat and roadhog, their relationship is not just one of business. The conversations they have show that there is a friendship there as well, or at least comradery. And they believe the job they're doing is to save hostages, and get rid of omnics. It's not just want of money.

And finally, it's not necessarily evil to dislike omnics. Zarya hates omnics and so does torbjorn, does that make them evil?
