If you have Dota 2 menu open it will still play the original accept match sound so be aware of that.
It works as long as you convert it into wav format and rename it just like the original("match_ready_no_focus"). Verify cache or rename original if you want to change it back later.

I sometimes play with some casual fucks, and one of these guys insists we need at least 1 hero of each primary attribute (Strength, Agility, Intelligence). And he usually, at some in every hero select, he babbles something about needing a "tank". It has nothing to do with an actual counter-pick based on the enemy team composition versus our team's composition; teams just need a tank. He probably also thinks we need a healer and some other RPG classes, but the only one he's explicitly mentioned is tank.
