Add on top of that the skewing when you lose 60-100 pts off a single game, because you were the highest SR on your team of shitlord versus an enemy team with a lower average SR.

Whomever put this system together should be taken out and shot round the back of blizzard's offices.

It really needs to be points for flat win/loss - with points adjusted only by your teams average SR versus enemy teams average SR - Like every other game with a semi tolerable mmr system.

Medals and role have absolutely no impact on SR gain or loss. It's almost all determined by the average SR of your team vs the enemy, how many people you're queued with, your SR and win/loss streak.
