How do I exactly install the 1.1 patch of Dragon Quest Terry's Wonderland?

The guide tells me to first install the normal eng game and the install the 1.1 cia patch through FBI. I did that but the patch doesn't really install since I keep seeing a traslation error that supposedly was fixed with the 1.1 patch.

I have both an original 1k OLED Vita and a Slim.
They are both nice in my opinion, I kept the 1k on official firmware and use it to play the games I care enough for to buy, and pirate on the Slim. The display is definitely a lot nicer on the 1k but the 2k feels a lot nicer to hold since it weights less and lasts longer before I have to plug it in.
Your call really, I don't think either of them is really that much better than the other, they just have different benefits. 170€ for a Slim sounds kind of expensive maybe though? I'm not sure
