Any mystic raiders lurking around?

I'm the GM of my new guild. Weve been 7/7 hc for 3 weeks now and all our DPS is 90%+ in parses, but we haven't had 20 people until this week to try mythic. How's the difficulty spike from heroic to mythic? How does mythic nythendra compare to say heroic xavius? And are there any good tips you can give me as a raid leader going in to make mythic nythendra easier for my group? Thanks.

I want to try out druid but the fact my character will be shapeshifted most of the time is a huge turnoff. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

I don't know how people can exclusively pug .. I've always been in a raiding guild until now and it's so frustrating. As a melee DPS I first have to spend 30 mins looking for a group, more than half of those groups do not kill the boss. You're also waiting 10 minutes between pulls because someone leaves or gets kicked and the replacement flies around the world before getting to the raid. And there's just a constant stream of shitters that just cannot understand the most basic mechanics.

I still need to kill heroic spider and xavius before the reset but I've spent longer looking for a group. Probably won't bother.

I stopped at 5/7 heroic because as a tank I can only hold aggro on the last 2 bosses while looking at the dumb pugs failing to focus fire cenarius adds and healers fucking up dispells on Xavius. It's really not worth my time trying to kill 2 more bosses for hours on end.

Am I suffering from a bug or do transmogs not go across faction lines? I wanted the tier 4 druid set and tier 7 gloves on my night elf but he was locked, so I went and got them on my troll druid however I can't transmog the set or gloves on my night elf. Same with my dwarf/orc shaman and their sets. On my human/undead mage I can farm and use any gear they find so I'm guessing only hybrid classes suffer from this? I could understand if it was the tier 9 set since it's faction specific but shouldn't that switch automatically since it does that if you faction change?

If your guild can down heroic Xavius, you should have no trouble with Mythic Nythendra, the tactics remain largely the same. You can only do so much as raid leader on Nyth because the fight mainly requires individuals to not be retarded with their Rot debuff and being aware of the insects on the ground during her Heart of the Swarm phase. If you cleared heroic with less than 20 people, one potential difficulty could lie in having less room to spread out and getting used to that, but otherwise the encounter is pretty much the same.

The jump in difficulty from heroic to mythic is not too bad overall in Emerald Nightmare
