1.) Shiki is not worth farming.
2.) Only multipull if you would benefit from one of the rate boosted characters, not legends, but actual characters.
3.) You won't be farming perona and Lucci unless you get ridiculously lucky, so pick one.
4.) 10 gems is definitely enough, assuming your stamina is at least 120, since you should never gem for stamina below that number.
5.) You'll be getting a daily gem anyways during the entire time.

Since everyone is giving such fucking awful answers, I'll go ahead and give you a no bullshit answer.

Vivi: A good captain for early players. She can zombie a couple of raid bosses that would otherwise be out of reach for new players. If you're confused as to what zombie is, look it up. Aside from being a zombie leader, she is absolutely garbage.

White Bay: A solid INT captain. She is fine for what she is, but ultimately, she is nothing to jump for joy over.

Haj: Literally nothing but a PSY beatstick.

Impact Usopp: A great unit. A very essential unit for PSY teams overall. What makes this NOT a good pull, though, is that he is a farmable story unit during the Water Seven Island.

Koala: An okay unit. She is a good fighter booster, but will eventually be outclassed. Additionally, Fighters aren't used much on global at the moment.

Ricky: Overall, an extremely poor unit, made even worse by the fact that you pulled Whitey Bay.

Prince Sanji: Might be useful for a new player due to his inherent nature of being a possible rainbow captain. On the grand scheme of things, he is garbage.

Sorry to break it so roughly to you, but you pulled mostly shit. On the upside, though, you pulled a lot of stuff that is good for STRICTLY NEW players.

You doing a multipull was a mistake in general. New players should focus on hoarding gems for increasing box space. Box space is the number 1 thing that is the best thing to use gems for. There are no surprises, no RNG, you get what you put in.

But what's done is done. What you should focus on now is just playing through the story and trying to net a copies of fortnight units, at least once.

Raid Mihawk should be and will be your first mile stone. Slashers are typically the go to type for new players, and in general for global.

Now, we can't be here to hold your hand all of the time, so I suggest reading guides and trying to keep questions to ones that are better answered here than google. It's a very obvious answer for most people here, but an example would be. "Hey guys, I just got story crocodile, which form should I evolve him into." Most people here immediately know to evolve him into his slasher form, but for new players, such information is not so easily relayed.

Because I like having new players and new posters in general, I'll try to be sincere with my answers. But like I am telling the other guy, you should focus on becoming independent in general by researching and reading guides and understanding the game in general.

Ace: Many people will say this unit is trash, and rightfully so. He is pretty bad. However, he is a x2.5 boosting captain, and whether the general wants to admit it or not, it IS a good captain ability. Just know that he is not an overall good pull, he has terrible stats and a terrible special.

Bellmere: Literally bottom of the barrel.

Nami: Not a good pull overall. Her captian ability is bad, and we don't have books for her special cool down. I would keep this unit, though.

White Bay: A solid INT captain. She is fine for what she is, but ultimately, she is nothing to jump for joy over.

Kuma: Unfortunately for you, we have RAID Kuma now. This Kuma could be useful as a new player, but overall, you will just never ever use this unit once you actually get the ball rolling.

Unfortunately, you pulled mostly garbage. Since you're also already a month in, I'd assume you have some decent captains at this point like Arlong or Mihawk, so Whitey Bay isn't even a saving grace.

I think Kryos is a bit better than average, but he's definitely not in the same tier as Zoro.

I wish he was something other than Dex, but maybe that's nice since he's so useful for Enel farming.

So after 6 days of grinding afro luffy, I managed to reach plvl 250 now. I still feel noobish due to not being able to clear Aokiji raid effortlessly.

So is this guy actually worth it? He seems like they tried to make a non healy lets use him in everything captain copy of Enel's versatility, but ended up making something that's only good if you guarantee maxed him and then made him a pita to farm.

Why are story units generally shit compared to RR units in this game? You'd think story stuff would be better since its often harder to get. Half the story bosses like Enel, most cp9 (excluding Lucci) are just bad. They only ones you really should care about are Zoan Lucci and Slasherdile.
