Lucky you, I scribbled general feelings about them on a wordpad a while back.

Volug: Very valuable during the DB chapters. Can build Strike quickly to become very strong.
Nailah: A Royal, so of course she rapes everything.
Muarim: He'd be great if he didn't disappear for most of the fucking game. He's even decent when you get him back.
Vika: Same story as Muarim, except she's not good when you get her back. Helpful in P1 though.
Nealuchi: Criminally underrated. Really strong in P2 and not too shabby after that.
Lethe: Would be decent if she wasn't a Cat. As is, she's very mediocre. Too bad, she was decent in PoR, but Cats just suck so much in RD.
Mordecai: Tanky, but bad AS holds him back.
Ranulf: Despite being a Cat, he's actually not bad. Needs more Str to ORKO though, but since a lot of P3 chapters force him the investment's worth it.
Lyre: Worst unit in the game. THE WORST. I'd rather use Meg, I'm dead serious.
Kyza: He's okay, but just okay. Not much to say about him.
Janaff: Best non-Royal Laguz in the game. Ridiculous Str, AS, and very good Def too.
Ulki: Worse than Janaff in every way, but still really good.
Naesala: Worse than Tibarn, but rapes left and right. 50 AS at cap is no joke. S Strike doesn't worry him much.
Skrimir: Has doubling issues, but is otherwise really solid. High Str and Def. Like Mordecai but better.
Tibarn: Arguably the strongest Royal, and when you have him strongest unit in the game overall due to AS letting him double Ashera unbuffed (even Caineghis can't do this) and flight. He's just fantastic. Also inherent Savior.
Caineghis: A complete monster, like Jesus Christ. 70 FUCKING ATK. SEVENTY. Also 5 Authority stars.
Giffca: A second Caineghis, only he needs to wait a turn to transform. Enough said.

Didn't bother listing the Herons or Dragons. Herons always get used when you have them (Rafiel goes to the Tower) and Dragons will get used for buff bots (aside from Kurth since he sucks).
