Is it possible to become 6k mmr in DotA 2 only playing 2 games a day for a year?

How would I accomplish this?
1. Play meta heroes and master their mechanics
2. Learn counterpicks and how to choose a good hero to integrate into your team composition
3. Play the role that other people don't want to play? Or should you just lock a midlane carry and force a win
4. Watch pro streams and see how everything is done

I played about 100 games of DotA in 2013ish and never played rank then quit for a year. I played about 200 games in 2014 on another account calibrated 4.4k mmr before quitting for 2 years. I think I'm going to make a new account and learn how to play all roles excluding bushing. How would I get good? I heard getting to 5k is pretty easy, but 6k is tough.

Can anybody give me what the pros do? I'm guessing
1. Practice mechanics in custom games and being efficient by being as fast as possible
2. Learn what all heroes do and what their roles in games are
3. Learn what items to build in what situations
4. Learn how to stack, pull, cs, deny, teamfight, TP, snowball games, smoke, bait, ward, ect

You learn in the trench by trial and error sadly. You can watch "purge plays" videos to see what a competent player does but he is often better than his opponents, his teammates are decent and most of his vids are wins.

You also learn by losing. Latest thing i learned is if u get their rapier just drop it in your stash at base. Unless you can survive their whole team using every spell/item against you at the same time.

I was playing a Huskar game today and I discovered something weird and crazy that's been triggering me. The effects of burning spear with the blood effects on some creeps/heroes are making me twitch and feel tingly and itchy in my body and I really really can't look at it or else I'd feel sick and a constant feeling of fear. My gameplay has been ruined and I had to close my eyes when I hit creeps as well as trying not to burn certain creeps to avoid it. I really need help on how to turn this off I really really hate it and I'm actually feeling some feelings of fear when I see it again and again.
