I started PSO2, used the Tweaker and everything.

Tutorial got updated a while back and I don't think they ever translated it again. But it's pretty simple, just do what the prompts indicate, most of it is clicking or hitting space bar. You're a smart guy, you'll figure it out.

20 more client order slots (can have 40 when premium is gone but you cannot get any more until you go back to under 20)
Access to My shop / My room (the same as using a my room 3 day ticket)
Able to trade in weapons and units for passes (You can use the passes to buy those items off the playershops, even without premium).
5 collection file slots instead of 3.

That's pretty much it, the extra storage is great and it's 3,300 AC for 3 months of premium. Although, if you plan on buying premium for one month; you can't go wrong with buying inventory increases (can max up to 150 on a character). They're 10 slots each time.

Saiki only got btfo if you're melee, and even then only if you play FI. You'll want to embed step jump, knuckle chase, and td air chase. That basically covers you for fucking every melee class too. HU can then equip gear save, FI can equip kamaitachi, BO can equip db snatch.

FO doesn't need anything other than tech parry, TE is the same, since having multiple wands is more practical than the shitty wand element change ring. RA only needs slow roll or launcher on at once, since anywhere you'd need the iframes for evasion you wouldn't be using launcher anyway (bosses). GU only needs front s roll, BR doesn't even need anything apart from step attack. Fuck SU.

tl;dr if you have good saiki sets for ranged/tech keep them.

Vanilla can be okay on its own when you're starting up, it only starts lacking when you want to do more "complex" stuff and that only really happens a few months in, but other than that completely agree, the only reason I'm using one is because I've been using a controller for these games since DC-PSO and all through PSU, not switching to kb/m for this one.
I never expected them adding new controller configuration options, but after they added the 3 button thing who knows what will happen in the future, maybe if the PS4 playerbase gets a bit higher they'll throw them a bone that will also affect PC controllers on the side.

Tsukimi+Gekka for high DPS at high PP consumption against a static target. Hatou rindou at the proper range during KC or always against big targets like elder's arms, PD core etc. Charge kazan to keep gear up while there are no enemies in reach. For katana, sakura end, hatou, guren and kanran are your main damage dealing moves depending on what you're fighting. kazan nadeshiko (either type zero or regular) can be used while your katana gear is active to refill your gauge while not actually hitting anything. Type zero technically costs less overall but takes quite a bit longer to refill the gauge in exchange.

For bow you'd be using chase arrow, banish arrow and penetrate arrow primarily for bossing, for mobbing sharp bomber custom, penetrate arrow and million storm come to mind, but take note I don't really play braver anymore despite having decent gear for it.

Only requirement is being 75/75 so you very much can. In order to get any 13* you have to 'leech' somewhere anyway, wether it be riding quest, PD, demise or UQ. Also Gear doesn't make as big of a difference as knowing how to play. I have topped the parser on magatsu MPAs for instance on my Fi/Hu alt using ungrinded serafi and no pot +10 OT nox knuckles. Hell, especially in UQ some Nox actually beat austere if you affix ult buster.

Every class seems to be hated on in some shape or form. I honestly have no idea of what would be most bang for my buck as a newer player endgame as far as which one to focus on. I have three classes to 50 or so.

What's the actual difference between a handful of endgame builds between different classes? Shaving a few seconds off of killing something? Is boring yourself as a Fo/Te really that worth it?

That is what I am known for in other games and sometimes in the TD in this game. Turning a possible defeat into a win by my own leadership or another's is a sign of expertise...

The pity I have for the people who lost in the Expert Block is not in actually losing, but that at least one of the twelve who had ran it countless times failed to step up, lead, and help out the run. 99% of the time we don't need a leader and we can just play it by ear, but for that 1% where all is failing apart and the MPA comes together and wins... Those to me are my best moments in MPAs in this game...

I hope that people in expert blocks are more prone to the quality that truly makes an expert in the Real World and in games...

Practice on sanctum EX for a while then, it's one of the most fun (and also easiest) to fight as melee with a parry. If you keep getting your ass handed to you in SH, try going on VH with a shittier and/or ungrinded weapon.
Knight is a little bit trickier mostly because it's harder to get a natural spawn to practice and get to know him, but same deal once you learn his attacks, he can be kind of more erratic though.

Depends. If you can't be bothered to have one fully decked you keep on as PP recharger. Orbit on Knuckles is really useful due to PP regeneration on normals so you should use it as usual there. Orbit Sword is okay but Austere is generally more useful.
