They should print slower cards, standard already takes care of fast cards by getting rid of them, and classic has been nerfed pretty good. We also need better tempo cards that aren't aggressive. I.e. Doomsayer. Can be seen as a 7 health taunt or a good way to take over the board early on, but it's not just straight insane or wins you the game on the spot.

Hearthstone will always have a curve focus as a result of the mana system.
When the game naturally generates resources for you at a consistent rate it is naturally in your best interest to always play cards that fit on that curve since you never have to worry about your mana for next turn.

The only way they could up and 'fix' this would be through a severe power creep done in the form of card combos that rely on 2 to 4 cards all hitting the field at once for some OP as fuck synergy. Either through some kind of scaling battlecry effects or self buffs or other things that promote holding cards instead of playing them right away. But that's too much for their mostly mobile playerbase.

Rogue has a lot of combo burst capability with zero counterplay beyond "kill the rogue before they can pull it off".
If you want to remove rogue's major weakness, you have to do it along with adding more counterplay to their combos and/or disrupting their ability to accumulate non-interactive lethals, otherwise it will be too easy for the rogue to stall until OTK.

You just fix it by providing cards that support non-curve approaches. They tried to do this with shaman recently for example: evolve mechanics, witchdoctor, eternal sentinal, etc
The problem is that brode decided those approaches are too hard for his target demographic to understand, so he's doing the opposite: eg shaman's power curve stuff, rogue's tempo/burgle stuff, druid's beast stuff, etc.
