The SCVs are just basic work force for terrans. Terrans use SCV's to not only build buildings, but also repair machines and gather stuff like minerals, gas canisters and those artifact pieces. Mengsk send his workers because he wants the artifact and when he'll gather all the pieces after the event ends, he'll use the completed artifact in his abilities kit.

Sure. I looked at the tooltips again just now. His Q slows, so then you can drain hope and it does 25% of their health and you heal up, if they don't leave the max length, despite you being slowed when you drain hope.

Wraith walk is amazing, clearly.

But how does that bully people away? It is only 25% of their health and his Q isn't a ton of damage.

As for the scouting, doesn't really mean much if people don't use it and tumors do the job just as well.

I'm not gonna buy him, but I'll play a dozen games with him next free rotation. Maybe I'm just not getting into the mindset. All Leorics I've played with or against were just awful feeders.

hello! today i discovered that my old battletag Urukhai1488 has been changed Bnetplayer. it is very infuriating. i have reviewed the battletag naming policy and haven't noticed anything in my old battletag that violates it. i do believe that this is a mistake on your part and i assume that this was done automatically after a number of reports against me, at least that's how the silence system works to my knowledge.
